In accordance with industry practices, a standard commercial building inspection does not include the inspection of trade fixtures, such as refrigeration units, coolers, commercial grade ovens, and stoves. NorthWest Building Inspections provides a comprehensive narrative-style written report, which includes digital photos of pertinent items. A summary report is provided with each commercial builidng inspection to highlight areas that are of special or immediate concern. The reports can be downloaded from our website, which means copies can easily be distributed to all involved in the transaction at the discretion of our client.
